The Awin Access Ambassador programme is intended for anyone that has an appropriate website or online audience that would like to educate and raise awareness of Affiliate/Partnership marketing with the goal of helping small businesses to grow their brands online.

By producing content such as how-to guides, tutorials, articles or even listing Awin within digital marketing directories or posting promotional adverts within social media, as an Awin Access Ambassador you would be encouraging new brands and entrants to try out a programme with us.

Why should I become an Ambassador?

There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can send to us!

Or,

  • Toolbox

How does Awin log businesses I refer?

The Awin tracking link that you are supplied contains unique identifies to allow us to track traffic from your website/social posts, this includes your unique publisher ID. The system remembers the clicks generated and if the visitor then completes the enquiry form on the landing page suppled (or the main website landing page if they browse) it will be recorded against your account.

More information on Awin tracking can be found in our success centre here.

How can I monitor the performance of my Awin Access promotion?

Within the publisher dashboard click “reports”. You’ll find a variety of views within this section with detailed statistics such as impressions served of creatives, clicks and conversions.

Note – a business lead will track into the account as “pending”. Once that business completes their application and launches a programme the status will be updated to “accepted” and the commission will be paid on the next payment run.

If the advertiser enquires but does not go on to apply and launch, the status on the commission will reflect this as “declined”.

How long will it take for a commission to change status?

Businesses signing up to the Awin Access solution tend to move through the application form fairly promptly. They will then need to complete their integration steps of adding tracking to their websites and completing their Awin profile before they are set to live.

This will take on average 28 days. Some advertisers move through this process slower or faster than others, but rest assured the commission status will be updated as soon as possible by the Awin Access support team.

When and how do I get paid?

Awin issues publisher payments twice a month; on the 1st and the 15th (or the first working day after the respective date if the day falls on the weekend or public holiday[AS1] ). If you opt to be paid once a month you will receive payment on the 15th of the month.

You can choose to receive payment for your confirmed commissions on a monthly basis or twice a month.

The time for a payment to reach your bank account varies depending on the chosen payment method.
